SETAC Fort Worth: See You Soon

We are thrilled to welcome you to the SETAC North America 45th Annual Meeting, whether you attend in person from 20–24 October in Fort Worth, Texas, or join us virtually. Please review the following tips and instructions to maximize your experience. 

For In-Person Attendees

Arriving in Fort Worth

The meeting will be held at the Fort Worth Convention Center and the adjacent Omni Fort Worth Hotel. Visit the meeting website for detailed information on how to get to the venue and plan your journey. To navigate the event, check out the venue maps available on the meeting platform.

Weather Forecast

The Fort Worth weather forecast calls for mostly clear skies and high temperatures in the lower to upper 80s (ºF), so dress accordingly. 

Badge Pickup

Badge pickup begins at 7:00 CDT on Sunday and at 7:30 CDT Monday through Thursday in the Grand Lobby on the ground level of the Fort Worth Convention Center. Remember to wear your badge at all times to access sessions, meetings, parallel events and the exhibit hall.

Onsite Self-Check-in

This year, you can use the self-check-in system by scanning your personalized QR code to print your badge onsite. In-person attendees should have received the code via email. If you don't have your QR code, you can still retrieve your registration by searching for your name at the badge printing kiosk.

For Virtual Attendees

Access the Meeting Platform

You can now log in to the meeting platform to get acquainted with the system before the event begins on Sunday, 20 October. Use your SETAC username and password to log in. From there, you can:

• Update your profile by clicking the black button with your initials in the top left corner.
• Explore on-demand poster presentations and leave questions in the comments section.
• Watch recorded plenaries, assemblies and talks, which will be available within 72 hours of their scheduled time.
• Access all on-demand presentations and recorded content for up to three months after the meeting.

For All Attendees

Build Your Schedule

Use the meeting platform to explore the program, set up your profile and plan your schedule by bookmarking your favorite sessions and events.

Get the Abstract Book

Download the abstract book for a comprehensive list of platform, poster and virtual presentations happening at the meeting.

Presenter Information

Presenters should review the presentation guidelines to ensure a well-prepared presentation. If you're attending in person, you can visit the speaker-ready room (201 C, Fort Worth Convention Center) for assistance with uploading your presentation.
